Firepool will be developed on a phased basis over a number of years so management involvement will be long term with the aim of leaving a legacy for the Firepool community.
A flourishing and inclusive community is integral to achieving a sustainable development. This requires a structure to enable residents and occupiers to influence, enhance and integrate within their community.
The approach to management will encompass physical, design and social roles.
Physical - will include aspects such as maintenance of the public spaces (repairs, litter clearance, cleaning etc).
Design - will require evolution and implementation of the Masterplan and Design Code to reflect changes to market conditions, Building Regulations and Modern Methods of Construction.
Social - will involve elements such as community events, liaison with occupiers for travel plan co-ordination including bike hire and car pooling, community notice board and intranet.
